About me
I’m a university trained writer and editor with decades of experience using the written word in just about every way you can imagine. Starting out in the arts, I worked in theatre and comedy, spent several years at ABC Radio, and eventually moved into the violence against women sector.
In recent years I’ve had the privilege of working with and for women with disabilities, LGBTIQ communities, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, migrant and refugee communities, children and young people, people impacted by violence, and those who have experienced trauma.
I’m passionate about creating safe, inclusive, intersectional and accessible information and products. I love co-design processes and have extensive experience creating trauma-informed content and working with clinical teams.
As a proud Autistic woman I also provide lived experience consultation on projects focused on neurodivergent audiences and readerships, and women with disability.
